Management
Adam Schwartz - President
Adam graduated from Berkeley High in 1995 and Cornell University with a BA in Computer Science in 2000. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the computer industry. Adam is a Berkeley native, a former teacher and camp director, and applies his communication skills to the customer service philosophy of Computer Courage.
Sam Morris - Web Services Manager
Sam is the Manager of our Web Services and our web team. Sam is a veteran web developer and graphic designer and a graduate of Expression Media College for Digital Arts in Emeryville with a major in Motion Graphic Design. Sam is also a Berkeley native and our longest tenured web developer and graphic designer.
Tim Shores - IT Services Manager
Tim wandered to the Bay Area in 2004 after finishing his degree at the University of Michigan as a student of linguistics. His decade of Computer Science and IT experience includes low-level electronics and high-level programming, system administration and operations analysis, business software support and database design.
Kyla Rossi - Web Project Manager
Kyla is the Project Manager of our Web Services and our web team. She has extensive customer service experience relating to the technology field. Kyla is currently attending California State University, East Bay in Hayward, attaining a major in Biomedical Laboratory Science.
Web Staff
Mindy Lue - Web Developer
Mindy Lue is a graduate from the University of California Berkeley with a major in Computer Science. Mindy has a passion for all aspects of web development and specializes in the more technical coding and programming challenges at Computer Courage. If a programming challenge arises, Mindy can solve it.
Jacob Rex - Web Developer
Jacob is a recent graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a major in Astrophysics (yes, you read that right). Jacob is known at Computer Courage as the “mockup specialist” providing us with beautiful designs and WordPress customizations for new websites.
Hart Farrell Hedberg - Web Developer
Hart is a newcomer not only to the Computer Courage design team but also to the Berkeley area. He graduated from the University of California Davis, majoring in Landscape Architecture and later transitioning into web development. Hart enjoys working in scripting languages when able but also appreciates a beautifully designed site.
IT Support Staff
David Lin - Senior Technician
David Lin is our most experienced IT support technician with over 20 years in the industry. David is also one of our first four employees. David can solve just about any computer or technology problem you throw at him, from iPhone setups to Windows Server technologies and advanced networking troubleshooting.
Thai Ly - Technician
Thai Ly is our in-house technician and remote support specialist. When you need help fast and can’t wait for an appointment, Thai is your resource for instant phone and remote support. Thai has a great passion for solving computer problems, taking apart laptops, and attending to details.
David Cuenco - Technician
David Cuenco is a field technician and our designated “technology trainer”. David’s easygoing nature and excellent communication skills allow him to do more than just troubleshoot problems. David can explain solutions and technologies in a comfortable and understandable manner that few other technicians today can achieve.
Ray Sims - Technician
Ray is the newest member of our it support team. Ray comes to us with several years of experience repairing computers for a big name computer shop in Concord. Ray has removed thousands of viruses already, and joins the Computer Courage staff ready to take on thousands more at our Berkeley computer repair shop.
Customer Support Staff
Sami Morotti - Customer Service
Sami is new to the Berkeley area and a recent graduate of San Jose State with a degree in Health Science. Having spent many years working with her community, she understands the value of great customer service and customer loyalty. Sami has a passion for helping people understand technology and making them feel comfortable during the process.
