Computer Courage is searching for an IT Services Manager to manage our in-store and field IT support services. The IT Services Manager will function as the primary account manager and operations manager to our customers. They will supervise and manage our IT staff and work to continually improve our IT services. This job requires strong customer service skills, leadership talent, technical ability, and organization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT services, helpdesk, or IT management
- Management and customer service experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and IT troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high paced environment
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities include:
- Manage in-store and field IT support services
- Primary account manager and point of contact to all business IT customers
- Supervise and assist IT staff
- Maintain and improve operations including CRM software and operational processes
- Provide customer service and business account management
- Ensure quality of IT services to business and residential customers
- Provide direct IT support to customers (remotely or on-site) when necessary
- Consult and meet with customers in the office and in the field
- Report to CEO
Hours, Benefits, and Salary
- Full time job, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
- Possible on-call evening/weekend management duties
