<p>We are currently searching for a new computer repair technician to work in our Berkeley office.  Your job will be to perform computer repair and IT support to our customers.  You will work primarily in the store on customer computers brought to the store, but will also be called upon to visit customers in their homes and offices to resolve issues.</p>
<p>Job Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform      diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and upgrades on customer PCs and Macs in      office</li>
<li>Assist      customers in understanding service options and results of completed jobs</li>
<li>Visit      customers in offices or homes to work on computers</li>
<li>Assist      remote customers over the phone and via remote control software</li>
<li>Manage      inventory of repair parts</li>
<li>Consult      with and mutually support other technicians in the office and field</li>
<li>Manage      the support ticket software</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>

<li>Must      have 3+ years of professional experience in computer repair or      troubleshooting</li>

<p>At Computer Courage, we create powerful but easy to use websites.  We focus primarily on the WordPress.org platform, delivering websites that take full advantage of the CMS capabilities of WordPress.  We integrate original design and custom programming into the platform, resulting in beautiful, affordable, powerful, and easy to use sites for our clients.  If you are already experienced with WordPress, or think you have the HTML/CSS/PHP skills to learn it quickly, please read on.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>- Solid HTML/CSS talent and experience (2 years professional experience required)</p>
<p>- Graphic design skills are a requirement – Photoshop and Illustrator</p>
<p>- Working knowledge of PHP is a must</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Job Description and Requirements</span>: Computer Courage is looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly computer support technicians.  Technicians will travel to businesses and homes in the San Francisco Bay Area (primarily East Bay) to fix computer problems, set up hardware and software, and train users.  Excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills are mandatory for this job.  Employees will visit the central office in Berkeley at least once per day.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Part Time:</span> This job will start out as a part time position, with opportunity to convert to full time within months.  Hours and days are flexible, but expect to start out at approximately two days per week.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Skills Required</span>: Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X. Experience with and fundamental understanding of home networking, Windows troubleshooting, backup, Microsoft Office, hardware and software installation, antivirus and antispyware tools.  Experience with Windows Server and Exchange is a plus.  People skills are a must – you will be helping and training clients every day.</p>
<p>A valid US drivers license, a clean driving record, and access to an insured automobile are requirements for this position.</p>
