I’m not sure if I should brag about being a regular customer, however I have had the pleasure of using Computer Courage 3 times this year. The first was just to reset the Windows password since the cancel button does not actually cancel. The other 2 times were for virus recovery.
Thai and Beth were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Heck, everyone in the office is friendly. They did all 3 of the jobs right and for a very reasonable price. What really surprised me was the follow up. It’s been a few weeks since the last episode, and yet I just received an email from Thai regarding a bug fix from Microsoft. I consider that going above and beyond the call.
I hope you never need to be rescued, but if you do, call Computer Courage!
