Every time a visitor completes a form on your site, the form entry is stored in the WordPress control panel. You can easily export your form entries as a CSV file to view in Excel or share with another business application. Learn How

Keep It Simple

If your form is too long, your site visitors will be intimidated and leave without filling out your form. Keep it simple, only collect the most crucial information, and save the rest for an in-person meeting or follow up email.
