When I founded Computer Courage out of my garage, I started with a basic proposition that technology should not be scary. It sounds simple, but it was then as it is now: not the norm. So often, users are overwhelmed by interfaces and decisions that are disempowering and/or confusing. It was a trend I felt compelled to combat.
